Cartagena is a decent city located in the northeastern part of Spain it is beautiful and unique as you can see from looking at the photos below it is lace with statues of men and women displaying different emotions everywhere, the city also full of gifts and souvenir shops, and a few coffee shops, cartagena is a tourist destination it is known for having its streets full with visitors who came from all over the world to visit the city, the language spoken here is Spanish same as the other cities in Spain i would information about the food and other aspects of the culture in Cartagena.

BEFORE HURRICANE IRMA...DOMINICA

Dominica is known s the nature isle of the Caribbean, because of its echo friendly environment and forest it is also know as the land of  mountain chicken and have many beaches. The majority of Dominica's coast line features dark gray or jet black volcanic sands, which are unusual but not uncommon throughout the region. However, along the northeastern edge of the island, rarely seen gold or honey-colored sands line a few beaches. We use the term "beaches" somewhat loosely  many of Dominica's coastal areas are somewhat rocky, so sunbathing isn't the main attraction. Most of these are places where the main appeal is the unusual character of the coast, and the opportunity to enjoy nature in its unspoiled state, with few other people around.

VISIT TO BASSETERRE ST. KITTS

St. Kitts is a very small island in the eastern Caribbean sea it is a former British colony just like most of the islands in the region, it has a population of just over 55000 and the main language spoken on the island is English, today St Kitts is a multi ethnic society with the largest ethnic group are African descent tourism lay a large role in its economy and it is the first country i visit that has no traffic light "you heard me right" not even (1)one but everything seem fine without those i guess there is no need for any.Just like with all other countries St Kitts has its food culture later in the age i will mention some of the food of St. Kitts & Nevis below.

Because the small pair of islands lacks the land area to sustain an expansive agriculture industry, many foods are imported, especially from other islands in the Caribbean. Although this can make dining somewhat more expensive, importing foods ensures you'll find tropical favorites, including West Indian dishes, alongside St. Kitts and Nevis specialties on most menus. Roti, conch fritters, fish cakes and barbecued dishes such as glazed passion fruit ribs, and mango-ginger chicken are particularly popular.

Beverages

Coffees and freshly squeezed fruit juices made with local produce are drink options for vacationers throughout the day.  If you want to try something extra special, ask for a glass of Fairling in Basseterre, and you will be served a local fruit punch.  Rum is, as it is elsewhere in the Caribbean, the top choice for alcoholic beverages.

ST MAARTIN BEFORE THE HURRICANE

St Maarten ...a island divided into two (2) colonies half is rule by the Dutch the other is rule by the French, it is a beautiful island with huge rocky mountains on the Dutch side the capital of st martin is call Philipsburg and it I also located on the Dutch side of the island Phillipsburg is a  very flat place no hills in your way when doing your shopping, it is a place great place to shop if you are looking for great deals and bargain but you wouldn't get the best quality in every store, the island is an exciting place with beautiful beaches , some historical artifacts, casinos and much more it is a place if  once you always wan to visit again because its a memorable experience.                                                                       

 ITS CULTURE

        St Maarten is multicultural society the largest ethnic group are African decent, Europeans, Indians and Chinese, the main language of the Dutch side of the island is Dutch and on the French side its French but English is widely spoken, the business areas on the French side of the island have a European style of design while the Dutch side is more like Caribbean style, there are people from all over the world living in St Maartien so the food will be diverse, but you will learn about the food later in details below.

Dining in French St. Martin

The most popular types of cuisine in St. Martin are traditional French and spicy West Indian Créole. Many of the restaurants, which range from inexpensive to tress cheer, combine the best of both. Fresh seafood appears on virtually all menus, sometimes prepared in Créole style with spices, sometimes in the classic French manner with herbs. Local rum drinks often precede a meal and fine French wines provide the perfect accompaniment.
